Top icons across all destinations
‘Things to do’ remained our most popular icon for the second consecutive year followed by ‘Food & Drink’ and ‘Sports & Leisure’. Visitors were also interested in transport, accommodation, shopping and local events. The Christmas icon dominated the winter months, shooting to the top in November.
Top performing destinations
Fife replaced Oban & Mull to be our top performing destination in 2015 with 466365 clicks across the whole network. Outdoor Capital came in second with 299510, and Oban & Mull were third with 267292 clicks.
For the coming year of 2016, we are expecting Scottish Borders to be in the top 5 performing destinations as a consequence of 4 new outdoor kiosks being installed.

August was the top performing month in 2015 with 294096 clicks. July came in second with 282669, and May were third with 202239 clicks.
